  • I can't begin to put into words of what an amazing Vet and person Dr. Sieber is. I had the same vet for 14 years for my horse and after I moved I tried numerous vets and wasn't pleased. When I met Dr. Sieber, I knew right away she was different, she loves what she does and cares for her clients and goes above and beyond for them. She will never rush you during an appointment and takes her time. My horse is 29 with a ton of medical problems and Dr. Sieber has gone above a beyond for him and my 12 year old pony. Any time I needed her she was always there. Thank you Dr. Sieber. You are amazing!!!

Dr. Sieber is the best! My "senior citizen" pony seems years younger since he had his teeth done this week. Dr. Sieber was gentle and thorough and so kind. Thank you Dr. Sieber!! We're sending a huge hug to you!!

Dr. Sieber is the most caring, thorough, and responsive vet we have ever had! For routine visits, it is wonderfully convenient having her come right to our house, where our dog is most comfortable. In an emergency, her care was spot-on, immediate, and extremely reassuring to us. Thank you Deborah for your loving care of Parnell, we are so grateful you are our Vet!

5 Stars
Both of my horses went through a lot of trauma and Dr. Sieber was so helpful the whole time. Cupid went through months of antibiotics after fracturing his jaw and we were both successfully able to nurse him back to health. Qayaq went through colics and more recently an abscess and Dr. Sieber came promptly every time to help my horses. I highly recommend her for anyone who needs a vet to come to their barn. She also has very affordable prices for the amount of visits she had in a 3 month period lol. She really cares about the animals and I know my horses appreciate it.

 Simply the Best
We have used Dr Sieber as our equine vet for well over a year, since taking on 2 starved ex-racehorses. Deborah's advice and assistance has always been excellent, and has enabled us to bring them back to health. Recently one of them suffered a horrific laceration to his front leg. Deborah's expert care now means that he is fully fit and you would never know that he had sustained such a wound. Her sound knowledge, attention to detail and calm manner go a long way to reassure worried owners!!Deborah 'goes above and beyond' for her equine patients, and we cannot thank her enough for everything that she has done for our 'boys'.

Excellent
Being a Racehorse Trainer I need a vet that I can depend on, that will come out any time, this is true dedication from Dr Sieber. We had the sad occasion to call her out after one of our horses died suddenly. Her empathy with the owner was second to none. She cleaned the horse up so that the owner was not too traumatized when paying his last respects. I would recommend her at the drop of a hat. I like her honesty and no nonsense approach. She is definitely a person at the top of my list!

I used Dr Sieber for a pre-purchase exam of a child's pony for our child. She responded promptly and efficiently to my call, carried out the vetting within 2 days and gave me confidence in her knowledge and experience. Her feedback was thorough and helpful. I would use her again

Above and beyond the call of duty
I have owned horses for 10 years and have never met a vet that not only supports the horse, but finds the time to support the owner too. My horse became ill and I honestly thought I'd loose him. Dr Sieber didn't fill me full of false hopes, but was always there on the end of the phone. My horse recovered due to her great on hands treatment, and even when we moved 100 miles away she was still on hand. Definitely a vet to register with.

A truly fantastic and very professional service, would recommend Dr Sieber 110% she is always willing and an overall excellent vet. After having horses for many years I have met a few equine vets and have never met anyone who genuinely puts the horse first. She's just fab!!!

Regular dental examination and teeth floating is very important for horses, especially as they start to get older. Through normal “wear and tear,” horse’s wear their teeth unevenly. This can cause very sharp edges and hooks on the teeth, which can cut the inside of your horse’s mouth or his tongue. Many of these  are on the very back of the last teeth, and can be very hard to reach without the use of a dental speculum and sedation. Routine floating  will smooth out the sharp points and help to keep your horse’s mouth healthy.

Barnside Veterinary Services offers a routine Dental Examination and Float for a very reasonable price of $120 plus farm call and sedation.
Discounts given for 5 horses or more at the same barn on the same day.
